Free (€0): 1 band, up to 10 shows, up to 10 contacts. Full contracts, invoices, settlements, EPK builder, and Band Space. 5 emails/month and 5 AI credits/month. One admin seat. Can apply for a rotating free social slot. Starter (€15/mo or €162/yr): Unlimited bands, shows, and contacts. Adds Mailchimp integration, 500 emails/month, 1,500 AI credits/month (50/day cap). One admin seat. One free social slot on the annual plan. Contracts and emails carry a small "Digitainment" footer. Pro (€34.99/mo or €378/yr): Everything in Starter, plus 3 included team seats, 1 included social slot, a custom sending domain included (raises email cap to 5,000/month), 3,000 AI credits/month (100/day cap), and the Digitainment footer removed from contracts and emails.
No. Card only gets asked for when you upgrade to Starter or Pro.
Yes. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you've already paid for — no immediate cutoff, no penalty. You drop back to Free, not to nothing.
Extra social media slot: €10/mo or €108/yr. Additional team seat: €10/mo or €108/yr. Custom sending domain (Starter only — included free with Pro): €10/mo or €108/yr, raises the email cap to 3,000/month. Each is billed and cancelled independently — cancelling one seat or slot never affects the rest of your plan.
Each seat can be logged in on up to 2 devices at once. A 3rd login attempt is blocked until you sign out somewhere else — you can manage your active devices from your profile menu.
