1. What we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, and agency details — when you register or contact us. We also collect usage data automatically to operate and improve the service.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to provide the service, send important notices, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data storage

Your data is stored on secure servers. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

4. AI-assisted features

We do not provide AI processing. The AI-assisted features run on an AI provider account you hold yourself: you connect your own Anthropic API key, you contract with Anthropic directly, and you are billed by them. Without a key the features are unavailable and nothing is sent anywhere.

When you use one of these features, you are instructing us to send the relevant content from our servers to your account under your key — for example venue names and addresses for research, or the record you ask an assistant to work on. What happens to that content at your provider is governed by your agreement with them, not by this policy, and your provider is therefore not one of our sub-processors. We give no warranty about their processing, security, or retention, and accept no responsibility for it. Removing your key stops it entirely.

Our side of it is your key: we store it encrypted, restrict access to your account owner, never display it again after you save it, and use it for nothing but the features you invoke. We do not use these features to make decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement.

5. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via the platform.
